Well I just have to say I LOVE SPINNER CARDS! These are so much fun to make and then even more fun to play with. The candy birthday card I did tonight and the Christmas Card I did a little while ago.
The center pieces spin as they move across the card.
My son has set a challenge for me. He wants a long one to play with. I am thinking 60's psychedelic theme. I will be doing a few more of these so watch this space.

Shabby Chic Door Hanger - THE Wendy Vecchi - Studio 490 Style Challenge
This is done with velum and my favorite inks.....yes Tim Holtz. I really enjoyed using the alterations dies that Tim has bought out. They cut through chipboard with out a second thought. Looking forward to buying more.
I have a page that I have created too using this as inspiration. I will post this a little later.

Well the weekend away was a success. Everyone had a wonderful time and got lots of scrapping done.People arrived from 3.30 on Friday afternoon and the last to arrive was about 8.30pm that night.
The tables were quickly covered with tools and projects and everyone was off and running.
We scrapped till about 12.30am and went to bed, then were up and at it from 7am the next morning. Some ladies took advantage of the sleep in. No kids to wake them. lol.
We had a great dinner our Saturday night and the food at the Coobowie Hotel is a big thumbs up.
Sunday we started packing up at about 1pm and were on the road by 3.30pm. All up it was a great weekend away and I want to thank all you girls for helping to make it such a fun weekend away. We will look forward to planing it again next year.
